What's Mine is Yours....

I am typically not an "animal" person and don't tend to get "mushy" about my pets. However, the relationship between Jasmine and Mya really does melt my heart. Mya usually showers Jasmine with "love kicks, love pats, and love hair tugs." With anyone else, Jasmine would run away and hide for hours. But, for some reason, when it comes to Mya, she just lies there are takes it. Almost as if she enjoys the torture.

I'm not sure if Mya thinks she's a cat or if Jasmine thinks she a person. But, there is definitely some identity issues here. I often find Mya with mouthfuls of catfood (yuck, I know!) or Jasmine playing with Mya's toys. Just recently I witnessed the following taking place in the family room (see video clip). I think I need to draw the line when it comes to sharing certain things!
