I'll be honest. I'm kind of jealous of Mya's remodeled room. I kind of love it.

New Paint- Restoration Hardware "Graphite" (Grey's are notoriously hard to work with.... I LOVE this color!)
New Chandelier- Overstock.com (This MADE the room!)
New Curtains- Bed Bath and Beyond (boring but added a lot to the room!)

I have been loving the Chevron pattern lately. I saw on Pinterest a way to paint them onto a board to create a frame. I tried and I failed. I had given up on the idea until it dawned on me to use fabric. Brilliant. I bought 3 foam boards at $1.99 each, 2 yards of fabric for about $10.00, 3 white mats, and enlarged 3 pics to 11x14 for $2.99 each.
I really like how they turned out! |
